Terms of service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of Money Mode System. By signing in or subscribing, you agree to them.

Who we are

MoneyModeLab, run by [your full name or business name], [business ID], Finland. Contact: arte@artemedia.fi.

What you get

Money Mode System is a web app for planning and tracking your personal budget. A subscription gives you full access, including saving your numbers to your account and using them on any device. The free version is provided as is, with no account.

Not financial advice

Money Mode System is a budgeting tool. Its scores, insights and tips are general information worked out from the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for the accuracy of what you enter.

Price and billing

The subscription costs [$5 per month or $40 per year] and renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change for future billing periods, and we will tell you in advance. Taxes such as VAT are added where required.

Cancelling and refunds

Your account

Keep your email account secure, because it is how you sign in. Please do not share your sign-in or try to break, copy or overload the service.

Your numbers

The numbers you enter are yours. We only use them to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. We recommend downloading a backup now and then.

Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or pause features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell subscribers about important changes. These terms follow Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country where you live.
